The Druid's Challenge from 7 to 9 November 2025 is a three day, 85 mile (136km), Ultra Marathon crossing the oldest roadway in the UK - the Ridgeway.
The Ridgeway is a unique route that passes through the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Starting in Tring, Hertfordshire, competitors will make their way to Wiltshire over the course of three days. You'll experience open views of the rolling chalk downland, peppered with ancient monuments including Stone Age long barrows, Bronze Age round barrows, Iron Age forts and white horse chalk figures.
This is an unmarked route with checkpoints along the way - participants will follow the Ridgeway markings until you come off the Ridgeway. GPX files/OS Maps provided.
Single day entries are available.
This is a cup-free event - bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race.
