The Green Man Ultra (GMU) is a 30 or 45 mile loop around the beautiful city of Bristol, run twice a year with the Winter GMU on 7 March 2026.

The winter event often provides muddy, challenging but fun conditions and for variation, is run in an opposite direction of the summer event.

The 30 mile event starts from The Lock Keepers in Keynsham and takes in a partial loop of the Community Forest Path. The 45 mile event starts from Ashton Park School and takes in a full loop of the path with both distances finishing at Ashton Park School.

The event includes well-stocked checkpoints, chip timing and pacers.
